Manage logistics, warehouse operations, import and export documentation, transportation coordination, demo machine movements, spare-parts movement, and third-party warehouse providers.
Logistics and Documentation
- Coordinate import and export documentation and related logistics activities.
- Prepare accurate shipping and customs-related documentation.
- Prepare and manage GST E-Way Bills where applicable.
Warehouse and Inventory
- Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory movement.
- Maintain records of warehouse receipts, issues, transfers, and dispatches.
- Support stock reconciliation and investigate discrepancies when required.
Transportation and Equipment
- Coordinate transportation companies, courier partners, and logistics service providers for timely deliveries.
