Provide on-the-floor leadership to warehouse staff in the Dispensing and Materials departments.
Lead by example and participate in daily operations including picking, packing, shipping, and material delivery as needed.

Maintain flexibility in work schedule, including overtime and weekend rotations as required.
Serve as a resource for questions and support during shift operations, escalating employee or process concerns as appropriate.
Participate in special projects or other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor

Associate degree or equivalent experience in a warehouse or production environment.
2–4 years of experience in a production or logistics setting.
1–3 years of experience in a pick, pack, and ship operation (preferred).
Prior lead or supervisory experience.
Experience using Sage MAS500 or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Valid NJ Pharmacy Technician License.
MAS500, or equivalent, system experience.
