Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Lead logistics planning and maintain the Project Logistics Plan, site logistics strategy, and logistics schedules.
• Coordinate site access, delivery routes, material movement, laydown areas, storage, and temporary logistics arrangements.
• Manage materials, equipment, plant, and personnel movement to and within project sites.
• Coordinate logistics with project teams, clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and airport stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery schedules, site congestion, access restrictions, conflicts, and other constraints.
• Ensure compliance with airport operations, security procedures, traffic management plans, and project HSE requirements.
• Coordinate heavy vehicles, abnormal loads, cranes, lifting equipment, and specialized transportation where applicable.
• Manage storage and warehousing, review contractor plans, maintain records, and report logistics status, risks, and recovery actions.
• Lead coordination meetings and promote improvements in logistics processes, resource use, transportation efficiency, and site operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction logistics, infrastructure, airport, or major development projects.
• Experience managing logistics operations for large-scale and complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of logistics planning, transportation, material handling, warehousing, site access, and traffic coordination.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, transporters, and project stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HSE, security, traffic management, and site logistics requirements.
• Understanding of construction sequencing and its relationship to project delivery.
• Experience with logistics planning and reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills

• Experience in airport, airfield, infrastructure, or other operational or restricted environments is highly desirable.
• Desired areas include logistics coordination, material movement, transportation, site access, storage, risk management, stakeholder coordination, HSE compliance, planning, reporting, leadership, and problem solving.
