Job Responsibilities
1.Prepare and issue invoices, purchase documents, and inventory records.
Handle goods follow-up and coordinate deliveries with suppliers and transport agents.
2.Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records.
3.Manage KYC and compliance documentation as per company requirements.
4.Coordinate with MOFAIC, KP, and logistics/transport partners for operational activities.
5.Maintain proper documentation and support day-to-day logistics operations.
