Job Summary

  • The Logistics & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily logistics and inventory activities between the company and third party logistics (3PL) service providers.
  • Ensures accurate inventory records, timely processing of inbound and outbound transactions, efficient order fulfillment, and effective reconciliation between SAP and 3PL systems.

Job Duties: Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics activities with 3PL providers across JAFZA and Mainland facilities.
  • Monitor inbound shipments, outbound deliveries, transfers, and returns to ensure timely processing.
  • Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
  • Coordinate end to end order fulfilment with 3PL providers.

Inventory Management & Control

  • Record and maintain all inventory transactions in SAP, including receipts, dispatches, returns, and adjustments.
  • Conduct regular inventory reconciliations between SAP records and 3PL warehouse management systems.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Assist in cycle counts and annual stock taking activities.

Master Data Management

  • Maintain SKU master data including item codes, barcodes, HS Codes, carton configuration, packaging specifications and product attributes.
  • Ensure accurate HS Code management and product classification for import and export activities.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and logistics reports.
  • Generate stock movement, inventory variance, and operational performance reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory adjustments, returns, and reconciliations.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
  • Experience working with Third Party Logistics (3PL) providers is highly preferred.
  • FMCG, distribution, or consumer goods industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
