Responsibilities
- Prepare and package orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare Packing List, process Delivery Notes and Gate pass
- Oversee storage of goods in warehouses and ensure inventory is properly organized
- Monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts
- Coordinate with transportation providers for prompt shipment movement
- Plan and track shipments according to urgency and priority
- Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Update Shipment summary form and send to department head
- Maintain follow up documents and track status of items until resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Logistics Incharge
- Experience working in a manufacturing company is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and transportation procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics management systems
- Immediate availability to join is highly preferred

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Incharge to join our manufacturing company in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in a similar logistics role and be capable of independently managing all logistics operations in a fast paced manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and package orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Preparing Packing List, process Delivery Notes and Gate pass.
- Overseeing the storage of goods in warehouses, ensuring inventory is properly organized, managed, and ready for shipment when needed.
- Monitoring stock levels, ensuring that products are available in the right quantities without overstocking or running out of stock.
- Coordinating with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments and goods delivery.
- Plan and track the shipment according to urgency, priority and requirements.
- Making shipping arrangements for inbound and out bound delivery of goods.
- Update the Shipment summary form in a timely manner and send it to the department head
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain follow up documents for each case and track the status of items until resolution (repair, replacement, or write off).
- Handle import/export documentation and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams.
