Role Overview
Coordinate logistics and delivery operations for the employer in the UAE.
The role combines shipment planning, transport coordination, warehouse liaison, issue resolution, and records maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations.
- Plan and monitor shipments and deliveries.
- Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, customers, and transport companies.
- Prepare and maintain delivery and shipping documents.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team and monitor stock movement.
- Handle logistics-related issues and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
- Previous logistics experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of transportation and warehouse operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Additional Qualifications
- UAE logistics experience is an advantage.
