Responsibilities
- Coordinate end to end vehicle import, export, and local delivery logistics
- Track shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays across ports, yards, and delivery locations
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, and transporters to keep operations moving
- Prepare and manage full logistics documentation: Bills of Lading, Certificates of Conformity, invoices, customs papers, and delivery records
- Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations and destination country requirements
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records across all shipment files
- Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to align logistics with business priorities
- Support vehicle handover and customer delivery fulfillment
- Keep ERP/CRM systems updated with shipment status, logistics costs, and operational activity
- Coordinate with logistics service providers for quotations, planning, and performance follow up
- Support cost optimisation through efficient coordination and vendor accountability
- Prepare shipment trackers, delivery updates, and operational summaries for management
Requirements
- 2–5 years in logistics, freight coordination, supply chain, or operations
- Solid knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures
- Hands on experience with ERP systems and shipment tracking tools
- Strong follow through, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

Overview
- Milele is a fast moving automotive group operating across import, export and vehicle trading, and our logistics function is at the heart of everything we do.
- We're looking for a sharp, detail driven Logistics Executive who can own end to end coordination across shipments, documentation and delivery without needing to be chased.
Logistics Operations
- Coordinate end to end vehicle import, export, and local delivery logistics
- Track shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays across ports, yards, and delivery locations
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, and transporters to keep operations moving
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and manage full logistics documentation: Bills of Lading, Certificates of Conformity, invoices, customs papers, and delivery records
- Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations and destination country requirements
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records across all shipment files
Cross Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to align logistics with business priorities
- Support vehicle handover and customer delivery fulfillment

Vendor & Cost Management
- Coordinate with logistics service providers for quotations, planning, and performance follow up

Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare shipment trackers, delivery updates, and operational summaries for management
- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to reduce turnaround times
We Are Looking For Candidate With
- 2–5 years in logistics, freight coordination, supply chain, or operations
- Solid knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures
- Hands on experience with ERP systems and shipment tracking tools
- Strong follow through, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
