Role Overview
The role manages day-to-day supply chain operations, including purchase order fulfillment, shipment clearance, inventory reconciliation, and e-commerce shipping workflows.
The position coordinates international partners, warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and marketplace platforms.
PO and Payment Management
- Raise and manage purchase orders and vendor invoices across Amazon and Noon seller portals.
- Audit freight, customs, and 3PL vendor invoices against contract rates before processing payments.
Customs and Port Clearance
- Coordinate shipment planning and scheduling with international partners.
- Prepare bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin for clearance filings.
- Ensure compliance with local import/export regulations and product registration requirements.
- Resolve missing or conflicting shipping data and escalate customs, port, or regulatory delays.
Shipping and Handling
- Coordinate with warehouse teams on inbound and outbound shipment processing.
- Schedule marketplace fulfillment-center inbound appointments through Amazon and Noon platforms.
- Ensure compliance with packing and labeling guidelines.
Stock Management
- Coordinate physical inventory audits and reconcile stock with packing lists, ERP records, and marketplace reports.
- Track damaged, reserved, dispatches-pending, and sellable stock across primary and 3PL warehouses.
- Monitor aging inventory and coordinate cycle counts with warehouse managers.
Basic Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or import/export operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, and internal tracking dashboards or tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- English language proficiency.
