To support the logistics excellence framework by ensuring accurate KPI tracking, operational reporting, and follow-up of improvement actions that enhance logistics efficiency, service reliability, and cost performance.

Policies , Processes & Procedures 1.

Support the implementation of logistics excellence standards and operational procedures across logistics operations. 2.

Ensure logistics reporting and monitoring processes follow company policies and operational guidelines.

Technical and Executive Duties 3.

Monitor logistics performance indicators including service level, logistics cost, warehouse productivity, and transport utilization. 4.

Prepare logistics performance reports and dashboards for supply chain leadership review. 5.

Coordinate logistics performance tracking across warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations. 6.

Support identification and analysis of logistics performance gaps and operational issues. 7.

Assist in implementing logistics improvement initiatives across logistics operations. 8.

Support operational coordination between warehouse, transport, and customer service teams. 9.
