Role overview
Lead and oversee daily transportation activities across multiple Contract Logistics clients.
Ensure operational excellence through transportation planning, carrier management, client communication, data integrity, and team leadership.
Serve as a primary operational contact for multiple client accounts and coordinate with internal teams, clients, carriers, and vendors.
How you create impact
- Act as the primary operational contact for multiple Contract Logistics clients.
- Manage high volumes of email correspondence and stakeholder communications.
- Use TMS and related systems for transportation execution, reporting, routing, visibility, and performance.
- Maintain data integrity and complete operational transactions on time.
- Develop or refine carrier and customer dashboards.
- Monitor carrier performance and lead corrective actions when required.
- Lead issue resolution, service recovery, root cause investigations, and CAPA initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly KPI reporting, performance reviews, and financial performance updates.
- Support onboarding, user acceptance testing, continuous improvement, automation, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, customer service, procurement, leadership, and carrier partners.
