MP SRLM is seeking a Logistics Director based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role leads logistics strategy, optimizes transportation networks, and builds a high-performing operational function.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with business growth.
- Lead transportation, freight, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Optimize logistics networks, costs, service levels, and delivery performance.
- Build relationships with logistics providers and strategic partners.
- Establish KPIs and drive continuous operational improvement.
- Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency strategies.
- Drive technology, automation, analytics, and digital logistics initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic business decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing logistics teams.
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Three or more years of professional logistics or supply chain experience is preferred.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong commercial and operational awareness.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage complex priorities and fast-moving operations.
