Responsibilities
- Maintain and update logistics databases, shipment records, and inventory information
- Verify the accuracy of shipping, receiving, and delivery documentation
- Monitor daily logistics operations and ensure data is entered accurately and on time
- Generate reports on shipment status, inventory movement, and operational performance
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Track inbound and outbound shipments and update logistics management systems
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and stock audits
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Maintain electronic and physical records while ensuring data confidentiality
- Support the logistics team with administrative and reporting tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in logistics, data entry, inventory control, or supply chain operations is an advantage but not required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and logistics management systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
