Assist with permits and approvals from MOHAP, Dubai Municipality, and other government entities.
Monitor clearance turnaround time, customs penalties, customer complaints, and inspection delays.
Supervise inbound and outbound processes and ensure timely submission of required steps.
Check the ERP system to ensure ongoing transactions are accurately reflected.
Prepare and present logistics performance reports and analysis to management.
Train customs staff on new regulations and procedures.
