About the Role
Sensation Trading LLC seeks a Logistics and Customs Clearance Executive to manage shipments by air, land, and sea into and out of the UAE. Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers, forwarders, and customs, managing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with purchase team, suppliers, and forwarders to bring in shipments on time
- Manage movement of goods, vehicles, and team members between mainland and Jebel Ali Free Zone
- Liaise with sales team, customers, and forwarders to deliver shipments on time
- Liaise with customs department to clear shipments as necessary
- Ensure incoming shipments are properly received and entered into inventory on time
- Ensure transparent communication with internal and external customers during logistics
- Reconcile Bill of Entries and Bill of Exits monthly and ensure inventory balances match
- Liaise with quality control team for timely intake and delivery of purchase and sales invoices
- Oversee statutory requirements of regulated products
- Keep updated shipment records and maintain MIS on shipment lead time
Requirements
- 2 years of proven work experience in supply chain management or similar role
- Certification in Logistics or equivalent experience
- Thorough working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good hands on experience on shipment procedures
- Knowledge of advanced warehouse management systems
- Hands on experience on ERP solution
- Excellent organization skills
- Written and verbal communication in English
- Physical presence in Dubai, UAE
