Logistics Coordinator & Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Coordinate deliveries, collections, drivers, transport companies, and schedules.
• Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and verify delivery notes, invoices, and logistics documents.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Accounts, and Operations.
• Prepare daily and weekly warehouse and logistics reports.
• Resolve delivery, stock, and operational issues.
• Improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Warehouse staff supervision experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory control and delivery coordination.
• Good computer and Microsoft Excel skills.
• ERP or WMS experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of daily operations.
• A valid driving license is an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• English, Hindi, and Malayalam are required.

Compensation

• The stated pay range is AED 3,000.54 to AED 4,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person in Sharjah.
