Compensation & Schedule
- $22.00 per hour
- Compensation will be paid in accordance with the applicable rate for this position. Additional premiums, allowances, and benefits may apply.
- Schedule: During the training and onboarding period, the schedule will be Monday to Friday. Upon successful completion of training, the regular schedule will transition to Friday through Tuesday.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily rail transload activities, including train building and sequencing at the Waneta facility.
- Order, track, and manage railcar supply and inventory to align with production, shipping, and customer requirements.
- Schedule and communicate loading, unloading, and transfer activities with customers, operators, and site personnel.
- Monitor operational activities and communicate schedule changes, delays, and priorities to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, railcar activity, and operational data.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound product movement to ensure efficient utilization of resources and equipment.
- Monitor railcar status, dwell times, and yard/track capacity; proactively communicate delays, constraints, or priority changes to stakeholders.
