Logistics Coordinator role supporting the company's KSA team.

Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track cargo movement, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams by phone and email.
- Prepare and review Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Support customs clearance and ensure documentation complies with Saudi customs regulations.
- Maintain accurate records in the logistics or warehouse management system.
Reporting and Support
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Respond professionally to internal and external inquiries using proper phone and email etiquette.
- Resolve logistics issues and delays promptly.
- Support the warehouse team with documentation and coordination as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
- Fluent English in written and spoken communication is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong phone and email communication, attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- International trade or customs experience is a strong plus.
- ERP or warehouse management system experience is a plus.
