About the Role
Silk & Snow is looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their Supply Chain team. You will maintain inventory health across North American distribution, coordinate domestic transportation, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize logistics.

Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly inventory reconciliation across all distribution centres, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Plan, schedule, and execute FTL and LTL shipments between manufacturers, distribution centres, and 3PL facilities
- Coordinate transportation schedules with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders
- Track shipments from origin to destination, proactively communicating delays and resolving issues
- Optimize truckload utilization and shipment consolidation to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain relationships with carriers and logistics providers, monitoring service performance
- Source, onboard, and manage carrier partners to expand transportation capacity
- Process and manage inventory transfers between 3PLs, 4PLs, and distribution centres
- Maintain accurate transportation, inventory, and shipment data across ERP, WMS, and other systems
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Demand Planning, Customer Experience, Warehouse Operations, and Finance to analyze performance and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
- 1 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations, preferably in e commerce or retail
- Experience coordinating domestic transportation including FTL and LTL shipments
- Working knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation processes
- Experience using ERP, WMS, TMS, or inventory management systems
- Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
- Strong analytical and attention to detail skills

About the Role
- Silk & Snow is looking for a detail oriented and proactive Coordinator, Logistics to join the Supply Chain team.
- The role reports to the Manager, Operations & Fulfillment and is responsible for maintaining inventory health across North American distribution network.
- You will coordinate domestic transportation between manufacturers, DCs, and 3PL partners.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will:
- Deliver weekly inventory reconciliation across all distribution centres, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Plan, schedule, and execute FTL and LTL shipments between manufacturers, distribution centres, and 3PL facilities.
- Coordinate transportation schedules with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.
- Track shipments from origin to destination, proactively communicating delays and resolving issues.
- Optimize truckload utilization and shipment consolidation to improve efficiency and reduce freight costs.
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics providers while monitoring service performance.
- Source, onboard, and manage carrier partners to expand transportation capacity.
- Process and manage inventory transfers between 3PLs, 4PLs, and distribution centres.
- Maintain accurate transportation, inventory, and shipment data across ERP, WMS, and other systems.

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations, preferably within an e commerce or retail environment.
- Previous experience coordinating domestic transportation, including FTL and LTL shipments.
- Working knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation processes.
- Experience using ERP, WMS, TMS, or inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
- Self motivated and comfortable taking ownership of day to day logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.

Salary Range
- CAD 45,000 CAD 55,000 annually.
