Job Summary
Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations at the Hoskote Warehouse.
Oversee vehicle dispatch planning, route optimization, order scheduling, vehicle movement, customer queries, and in-transit issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle dispatch and ensure timely delivery and pickup.
- Monitor vehicle movement and tracking.
- Handle customer calls for order scheduling and queries.
- Plan daily routes for efficient delivery.
- Schedule and monitor urgent pickups.
- Control vehicle costs and in-transit damage.
- Resolve customer escalations through email.
- Manage vehicle arrangements and maintenance.
- Train and develop support staff.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team on order errors and cancellations.
- Plan alternative orders when cancellations occur in transit.
Candidate Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work different shifts.
- Ability to coordinate with third-party partners, drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Excellent knowledge of logistics processes and tools.
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Comfort with outbound calls.
- Strong decision-making and coordination skills.
Required Skills
- English and local-language communication are mandatory.
