Key Areas of Responsibility

• Review customer orders and make sourcing decisions based on business rules and conditions.
• Provide order status and part number information to internal and external customers.
• Update work orders with information in a time-sensitive manner to optimize field-service scheduling.
• The role is global and may require handling duties for countries across the globe.

Basic Requirements

• Flexible schedule and ability to work various shifts.
• PC literacy and knowledge of MS Office applications are required.
• Call center, field service center, customer service, service parts, or transactional contact center experience is preferred.
• Ability to understand and communicate customer service and service-parts principles under company policies and procedures.
• Ability to understand and respond to technical and non-technical verbal communications in workplace and electronic settings.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, respond accurately by email, and complete forms and system input.
• Ability to understand problem-solving principles, follow procedures, use tools and forms, collect data, and identify resources to determine solutions.
