Role overview
Own the shipping, logistics, and documentation pipeline across the factory network.
Ensure goods move on time, paperwork is accurate, and factory capacity is planned ahead of production needs.
Work closely with Production, Tech, and Design teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate shipping schedules and freight bookings with factories and logistics partners.
- Verify shipping samples, packing lists, barcodes, and compliance documentation for each order.
- Track monthly factory production capacity and flag risks early.
- Resolve shipment readiness issues and delays before they affect delivery dates.
- Maintain purchase order, shipping document, and customs paperwork records.
- Coordinate inbound stock timing with the warehouse team.
- Provide shipment visibility to Production and update customers through weekly trackers.
- Escalate issues affecting on-time delivery and manage customer invoice, packing list, and tracking communications.
What you will need
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination.
- Strong attention to detail with documentation and compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple factory relationships and shifting timelines.
