  • Track container numbers, seals, PODs, EIRs, gate records, and other operational documentation.
  • Coordinate with drivers, fleet owners, customers, terminals, and relevant logistics stakeholders.
  • Monitor waiting time, detention, delays, truck rejection, and other operational exceptions.
  • Negotiate trip-level supplier rates within approved guidelines and maintain rate competitiveness.
  • Arrange replacement trucks when breakdowns, cancellations, or operational failures occur.
  • Ensure completed trips are fully documented, billing-ready, and closed accurately in the Inqlha system.
  • Support supplier-performance monitoring and identify reliable capacity for recurring marine operations.
  • Escalate cargo damage, documentation issues, port delays, or other significant service risks promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Transport, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Professional logistics certification such as CILT, APICS CLTD, or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Port, container operations, customs awareness, or maritime logistics training is highly preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, GPS tracking, TMS, or digital logistics platforms.

  • Truck sourcing and outsourced fleet coordination.
  • Port and terminal documentation control.
  • Container number, seal, POD, and EIR management.
  • Trip monitoring and operational follow-up.
  • Detention and waiting-time tracking.
  • Supplier negotiation and rate comparison.
  • Strong communication with drivers, customers, and transport partners.
  • Problem-solving and rapid operational escalation.
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple active shipments in a fast-paced environment.
