The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.

The role supports the smooth flow of goods, materials, and services throughout Aziz Mall.

Track daily inventory and coordinate deliveries and returns with vendors and tenants.
Maintain accurate documentation of all goods and material movements.
Schedule shipments with internal teams and external partners.
Optimize storage space and monitor stock levels.
Resolve logistics issues and maintain compliance with mall procedures.
Provide timely updates to management on inventory status and supply chain performance.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support operational decisions.
Effective communication abilities for collaboration with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
Solid customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
Practical inventory management skills to track stock, manage records, and support replenishment.
Foundational supply chain management knowledge to coordinate shipments, manage lead times, and support logistics planning.
A diploma or degree in logistics, business, or a related field is beneficial.
Prior experience in logistics, retail operations, or mall management is an advantage.
Proficiency with MS Office and inventory or ERP systems, plus attention to detail and time-management skills, is preferred.
