Role Description
Full-time, on-site Logistics Coordinator role based at McNoon Seasoning Factory in Jeddah.
Coordinate daily logistics operations and support efficient distribution to customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize inbound and outbound shipments and monitor inventory levels.
- Ensure timely delivery to customers and partners.
- Work with production, procurement, and sales teams to maintain accurate records.
- Optimize warehouse space and support demand planning.
- Track orders, prepare documentation, and resolve delivery issues.
- Liaise with transportation providers to support cost-effective distribution.
- Contribute to logistics process improvement and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain.
- Manufacturing or FMCG experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using ERP systems is required; Odoo experience is an advantage.
