We’re Hiring: Logistics & Operations Coordinator – European Markets (UAE)GG Trading DMCC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our UAE team, supporting our European operations.
Key Responsibilities: **Manage warehouse operations & inventory in Belgium** Prepare shipment documentation & apply Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) **Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders & internal teams** Track inventory, prepare billing data, VAT filings & CBAM reports **Utilize MS Excel, MS Word, and WMS for inventory tracking and reporting**
**Requirements:** 2–3 years logistics/warehouse experience **Fluent in German (mandatory), French & English** Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping **Strong organizational & communication skills**
