Job Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients to introduce road transportation services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Present company services persuasively and advise clients on their logistics needs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and report sales performance and market trends.
- Maintain records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.
- Provide customer service updates, check vehicles, manage the team and department, guide drivers, and resolve driver problems.
Required Knowledge and Capabilities
- Strong understanding of road transportation logistics and supply chain management.
- Ability to identify and engage prospective clients for transportation services.
- Ability to present services persuasively and maintain accurate sales and client records.
