Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

Logistics Duties

• Facilitate shipping between destinations and arrange transportation, staff schedules, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with the Dubai team for clearance, collection, receipts, and delivery of goods.
• Prepare shipment loads and customs documents.
• Maintain optimal warehouse capacity and oversee domestic inventory of goods and vehicles.
• Manage order fulfillment and transportation activities to meet deadlines.
• Review freight, transportation, and raw material costs to identify savings.
• Streamline shipping processes and attend weekly meetings with the Dubai team.
• Report to management and follow up on LPOs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Awareness of Incoterms and strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Understanding of quality management principles and ability to analyze data.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and manage logistics activities.
• Experience in logistics management is preferred.
• A two-year degree is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience is required.

Work Location

• Work is performed in person.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month.
