Logistics Coordinator

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the logistics function while supporting safe and efficient road services delivery. Key areas include:

Coordinating daily fleet, crew and resource allocation

Leading and supporting Logistics team members

Delivering against operational KPIs and service objectives

Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards

Maintaining accurate logistics and consignment records

Managing incident reporting and escalations

Overseeing road crew requalification’s

Liaising with subcontractors and engaging key stakeholders

You are an experienced logistics professional and people leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment. You are passionate about safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality outcomes.

This role operates Monday to Friday, commencing at 4:00am. You can demonstrate:

Experience in a Cash in Transit, Logistics, or related industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detailed knowledge of operations planning and scheduling

Security Licence - Cash in Transit and Firearms Licence

Medium Rigid Heavy Vehicle Licence
