Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across Europe, the US, and international routes
- Book and manage freight forwarders, trucking carriers, warehouses, and transport providers
- Track shipments and proactively follow up on delays, delivery status, and customs clearance
- Prepare and maintain shipment documents including invoices, packing lists, CMR documents, customs papers, delivery notes, and export documents
- Ensure ADR/dangerous goods documentation is accurate and properly filed
- Update shipment records, stock movements, CRM systems, logistics trackers, and internal databases
- Manage warehouse stock coordination across EU and US locations
- Follow up on freight quotations, shipment schedules, delivery status, and customs clearance
- Support logistics costing and maintain accurate operational records
- Take ownership when shipment issues occur, solve the problem, and provide clear updates to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, customs clearance, or supply chain operations
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures
- Fluency in English
- Experience with EU cross border trucking, US logistics, or international freight preferred
- ADR, dangerous goods, hazardous cargo, industrial gas, or chemical logistics experience is a strong advantage
- Experience using CRM, ERP, logistics systems, tracking portals, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel

- We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage daily shipment coordination for our EU, US, and international operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across Europe, the US, and international routes
- Book and manage freight forwarders, trucking carriers, warehouses, and transport providers
- Track shipments and proactively follow up on delays, delivery status, and customs clearance
- Coordinate with suppliers, customs agents, carriers, warehouses, customers, and internal teams
- Prepare and maintain shipment documents including invoices, packing lists, CMR documents, customs papers, delivery notes, and export documents
- Ensure ADR / dangerous goods documentation is accurate and properly filed for hazardous or pressurized cargo
- Update shipment records, stock movements, CRM systems, logistics trackers, and internal databases
- Manage warehouse stock coordination across EU and US locations
- Follow up on freight quotations, shipment schedules, delivery status, and customs clearance
- Support logistics costing and maintain accurate operational records

Requirements

- Ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast paced environment
