About the Role
Swapp is seeking a hands-on and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join its Dubai team.
The role coordinates daily logistics operations with drivers, customers, and the internal Operations team to support timely vehicle movements.
The position operates in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Important Requirement
- Applicants must currently be based in the UAE and have their own valid UAE residence visa.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan driver schedules and allocate rides, deliveries, collections, and other operational tasks.
- Monitor vehicle movements, identify delays, and take action to keep operations on time.
- Coordinate customer deliveries, collections, handbacks, service requests, and other rides.
- Inspect vehicles for new damage and document and communicate findings.
- Coordinate vehicle returns, collections, and service-related requests.
- Resolve operational issues with drivers and internal teams as plans change.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Comfort working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail when inspecting vehicles and documenting damage.
- Reliability, proactivity, independence, and a hands-on approach.
- Comfort using computers, CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous logistics, operations, dispatching, fleet management, car rental, or customer coordination experience is advantageous.
