- Post POs in the system, extract inventory reports, and ensure stock material levels align with minimum order requirements
- Coordinate with store in charge for materials loading and delivery
- Handle cash customers
- Address and resolve shipment and inventory issues
- Answer customer queries over phone and email
- Manage and monitor the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments
- Update sales team regarding delivery of materials and balance
- Communicate with customers regarding materials delivery
- Prepare and provide reports as per sales team requirements
- Arrange and submit Delivery Notes to accounts and for export
- Provide stock updates to the secretary and sales team
Requirements
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with procurement and inventory management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Procurement: 2 years (Required)

Job Description
- We are looking for a dedicated and detail oriented logistics Coordinator to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for posting POs in the system, extracting inventory reports, and ensuring that stock material levels are aligned with minimum order requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with store in charge for materials loading and delivery.
- PO receiving and entering in system.
- Handling cash customers.
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
- Answering customer queries over phone and email.
- Manage and monitor the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Update sales team regarding the delivery of materials and balance.
- Communicating with customers regarding the materials delivery.
- Prepare and provide reports as per sales team requirements.
- Arrange and submit the Delivery Notes to accounts.
- Arrange Delivery Note for export.
- Providing stock updates to the secretary & sales team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with procurement and inventory management systems.
