The Logistics Coordinator will coordinate sales order fulfilment, procurement follow-up, and trade and customs documentation within the Stores Department.

Work location
- The work location is JAFZA, Dubai.
- The role is based in a Stores Department supporting warehouse and logistics operations.
Salary and benefits
- Estimated salary is AED 5,000 to AED 6,500 per month.
- Additional benefits include transport, medical insurance for the employee, an annual flight for the employee, and a visa for the employee.
Working schedule
- The working week is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break and weekends off.
Core responsibilities
- Coordinate sales order fulfilment, procurement follow-up, and trade and customs documentation.
- Process orders and manage inventory and warehouse activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Perform cycle counts and track shortages, surpluses, and reorder points.
- Coordinate freight, routes, carriers, suppliers, customs brokers, and 3PL providers.
- Manage purchase orders, receipt status, partial receipts, and short-close procedures.
- Prepare status updates, escalation reports, and Excel-based analysis.
Experience requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics and inventory.
- Experience in warehouse management for an industrial, manufacturing, oil and gas, or similar company.
- Jebel Ali or JAFZA experience is preferred.
Technical and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for order processing, inventory, and warehouse management.
- Knowledge of inventory control, shipping documentation, customs compliance, HS codes, duties, taxes, and attestations.
- Knowledge of route planning, carrier coordination, purchase order management, and Incoterms.
- Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, and basic reporting.
- Clear written communication, cross-functional coordination, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
- Free-zone or bonded-warehouse regulation experience is preferred where relevant.
