As Steadex continues to scale its international logistics networks, we are looking for a precise, client-focused Logistics Coordinator (Sales & Customer Service) with 1–2 years of experience to anchor our day-to-day transit operations.
The Core Responsibilities
Account Management: Serve as the professional interface for regional and international enterprise clients, providing clear execution and tracking updates.
Commercial Support: Formulate competitive freight quotes, verify tariffs, and secure cargo capacity across active trade lanes.
Network Coordination: Liaise between global carriers, internal teams, and shippers to maintain operational velocity.
The Qualifications
1–2 years of operational experience within freight forwarding or supply chain sectors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for a global business environment.
Strong tactical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
