About the Role

  • Mare Alta Facilities and Trading WLL is looking for a reliable and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team in Doha, Ad Dawhah.
  • This role is ideal for someone who can manage daily logistics activities, coordinate deliveries, track shipments, and support smooth communication between suppliers, drivers, warehouse staff, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shipment Coordination: Arrange and monitor local deliveries, supplier collections, and transport schedules to ensure timely movement of goods.
  • Inventory Support: Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to track stock levels, incoming materials, and outgoing items.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain delivery notes, purchase records, invoices, shipment logs, and other logistics related documents.
  • Vendor and Driver Communication: Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, drivers, and internal departments to confirm schedules, resolve delays, and update delivery status.
  • Order Tracking: Monitor order progress from request to delivery and provide regular updates to management and relevant teams.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle delivery issues, missing items, delays, or documentation errors in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operational Support: Assist the operations team with daily planning, route coordination, and administrative logistics tasks.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse coordination, trading, facilities, or operations support is preferred.
  • Organisation Skills: Strong ability to manage schedules, records, delivery timelines, and multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Communication: Confident in coordinating with suppliers, drivers, internal teams, and clients in a professional manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Able to check documents, delivery details, quantities, and schedules accurately.
  • Problem Solving: Can act quickly when delays, missing items, or transport issues occur.
  • Computer Skills: Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, logistics records, and basic office software.
  • Mindset: Reliable, practical, and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Pay

  • QAR5,500.00 QAR6,000.00 per month
