- Plan, manage, and monitor all logistics operations for construction sites
- Coordinate material deliveries, supplier schedules, and vehicle movements
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of materials
- Maintain material tracking records and update site teams daily
- Handle documentation for deliveries, returns, and material transfers
- Manage manpower movement and site access
- Manage vehicle entry permits, gate passes, and delivery documentation
- Plan and control movement of equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and boom loaders
- Monitor fuel usage and machinery hours, report daily to site management
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with company HSE guidelines
- Prepare and maintain logistics reports for management

- Handle documentation for deliveries, returns, and material transfers
