Role Overview
The Logistics Coordinator assists with overall supply chain management.
The role organizes and monitors storage and distribution of goods and manages the full order cycle.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer services.
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
- Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
- Arrange warehouse operations, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics, analyze performance data, and implement improvements.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven working experience as a Logistics Coordinator or Logistics Assistant is required.
- A record of successful distribution and logistics management is required.
- The ability to lead and manage staff is required.
- Proficiency in standard logistics software is required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required.
- The ability to work independently and handle multiple projects is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
