Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations and manage the outbound process.
Ensure smooth operations and timely, accurate dispatches while working with internal teams and other departments.
Warehouse Operations
- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities for efficiency and accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse location planning and space utilization.
- Organize picking, staging, and material consolidation under quality control norms.
- Implement and maintain FIFO stock management.
Order and Transport Coordination
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for order processing and timely execution.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to maintain product availability against demand planning.
- Coordinate transporter pickups and deliveries so products arrive on time and in good condition.
- Book vehicles for daily dispatch and follow up with transporters.
Reporting and Dispatch Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and share them with management.
- Create invoices and shipping documents to support timely product dispatches.
