Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily logistics and dispatch coordination.
- Coordinate delivery schedules, dispatch requirements, and transportation arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, delivery records, and logistics information.
- Track dispatched orders, deliveries, pickups, and transportation updates.
- Maintain logistics records, spreadsheets, trackers, and digital files.
- Coordinate with drivers, transport providers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Follow up on delivery schedules, delays, changes, and outstanding dispatch requirements.
- Assist with delivery-resource coordination and verify that dispatch records are complete and accurate.
- Prepare logistics reports, dispatch summaries, and operational updates.
- Support improvements to dispatch procedures and logistics workflows.
Requirements
- Good understanding of general logistics and dispatch processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, tracking systems, digital tools, and logistics platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple delivery-related tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Three or more years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Previous remote or project-based experience is an advantage.
