Role Overview
The Logistics Analyst manages and optimizes end-to-end warehouse and 3PL operations across inbound, storage, and outbound flows.
The role builds structured processes, improves data visibility, and connects internal stakeholders with external logistics partners.
Operations and 3PL Management
- Oversee daily operations across 3PL providers, shipping agents, and courier partners.
- Maintain processes for inbound, warehousing, B2B and B2C fulfilment, and returns.
- Track logistics KPIs, monitor order execution, and resolve operational issues.
Inventory, Data and Reporting
- Reconcile stock across ERP and 3PL systems and investigate discrepancies.
