About the Opportunity
Sands Fridge Lines is seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join our team in Forrestfield. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service while supporting warehouse and transport operations.
You will play a key role in managing a high volume of customer orders and enquiries, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely communication across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing customer orders accurately
- Manage customer enquiries and provide timely updates
- Monitor and manage stock levels, including participation in stocktakes
- Liaise with warehouse and dock staff to ensure freight requirements are correct
- Prepare and maintain accurate transport documentation
- Support daily logistics and operational workflows
