What you'll do
Reporting to the Logistics team, you'll play a key role in coordinating daily transport activities and ensuring products are delivered safely and efficiently to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and coordinating daily transport activities across the Trouw Nutrition fleet and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
Scheduling customer and collection orders, ensuring orders are delivered efficiently and on time.
Liaising with several departments to manage delivery schedules, ETA updates and operational changes.
Creating and issuing picks lists and delivery documentation.
Providing inbound logistical support dealing with HGV drivers, EU vehicle documentation and vehicle weighments whilst monitoring the flow of traffic through our Ashbourne site.
Investigating delivery issues and customer complaints, coordinating corrective actions and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
