- Arrange and coordinate loading schedules related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of vehicles
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to proper channels
- Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Organize and manage subordinate staff in the supply chain
- Develop processes to make the supply chain more efficient
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints

Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate loading schedules related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of vehicles of commodities to the end user to make sure deadlines are met.
- Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.
- Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
- Ensuring, organizing and managing subordinate staff members in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations with the company standards.
- Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
