Position Requirements

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Observe and comply with the company’s quality, health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.
• Follow all safety instructions provided by individuals with greater responsibility for health and safety.
• Report all hazards, potential hazards, and dangerous conditions—including damaged or misplaced personal protective equipment—to your supervisor or safety representative.
• Report environmental impacts, including anything that results in a change to the environment because of Valiant’s activities, products, or services.
• Participate in achieving Valiant’s QHSE objectives and targets at both the departmental and company levels.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
• the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and the health and safety of others who may be affected by your actions or omissions.
