Location Based Technician II

The Technician II role delivers high-level customer service while resolving hardware and software support requests, providing technical support for computer applications and hardware, and answering questions about system procedures and resources. This role collaborates with Information Services, Systems Engineering, and Application Development to restore service and identify problems, ensuring timely resolution through soft skills, troubleshooting, and documentation. The Technician also manages local computing and networking resources, works closely with technology staff and customer s to identify needs and implement solutions, and maintains procedures for managing and deploying systems and software. Additionally, the role involves staying informed about technological advancements, actively engaging with departments and c ustomer s, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
