• Identify and develop innovation opportunities, including new SKUs, formats, and variants
• Manage the product lifecycle, including portfolio rationalization where required
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to support new product development and launch

• Develop digital-first content strategies across social media, e-commerce, and digital platforms
• Manage brand presence on key e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and others
• Leverage data and analytics to optimize digital campaigns and enhance consumer engagement

• Manage the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget with discipline and accountability
• Track return on investment (ROI) on marketing investments and optimize spend allocation
• Prepare monthly brand performance reports and contribute to business review presentations

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Trade Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain
• Manage external agency partners across creative, media, digital, and PR disciplines
• Present brand plans and performance updates to senior leadership on a regular basis

• Market Share (value and volume) — tracked via Nielsen / IQVIA
• Numeric and Weighted Distribution gains
• Share of Voice (SOV) versus key competitors

• On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery of campaigns and activations
• Activation compliance rate across markets
• In-store visibility and planogram compliance scores
• New product launch performance score (versus launch targets)
• Number of activations executed versus planned

• Brand Consideration and Purchase Intent scores

• Digital engagement metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, CTR)
• E-commerce share and ratings

• A&P budget adherence (% variance versus plan)
• Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
• Gross Margin contribution

• Number of new SKUs successfully launched
• Revenue contribution from innovation (% of total brand revenue)
• Time-to-market for new product launches

• MBA from a reputed institution (preferred)
• 5–7 years of experience in brand management / marketing within the FMCG sector
• Prior experience in Consumer Health, OTC, or Healthcare FMCG is a distinct advantage
• Proven track record of managing brands and delivering measurable business results
• Demonstrated experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and Digital channels
• Strong understanding of digital and social media and brand building in creator economy

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent execution and project management capabilities
• Consumer-centric mindset with strong insight generation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agency partners simultaneously
• Financial acumen and budget management skills
