- License: Valid Class B CDL (minimum).
- Physicality: Ability to climb truck ladders, lift up to 60 lbs, and enter/exit the cab 50+ times a day.
- Safety: Must pass a DOT physical and a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen.
- Drive: Safely operate a 78,000 lb. mixer truck over mountainous terrain and into tight job sites.
- Manage: Check concrete "slump," add admixtures, and communicate with dispatch via tablet and radio.
- Maintain: Perform daily safety checks and keep the truck/drum clean using water and acid mixtures.
- Service: Provide professional, tactful service to contractors and homeowners on-site.
- Home Daily: Local routes only.
- Stable Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed).
- Full Benefits: Competitive pay and full-time hours. Paid Weekly. Holidays, Vacation, bonuses, etc.
