Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to all guest needs and communicate with appropriate staff
- Fill service cart with supplies and transport to assigned area
- Enter guest rooms following procedures and ensure vacancy before entering
- Replace guest supplies and deliver VIP amenities
- Remove trash and room service items
- Check appliances are present and in working order
- Provide lifestyle services such as packing/unpacking, pressing, shoe polishing, food/drink deliveries
Requirements
- No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- No related work experience required
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and more with assistance
- Ability to push/pull loaded service cart over sloping surfaces

Position Summary

- Anticipate and address guests' service needs
- Speak with others using clear and professional language
- Support team to reach common goals
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations
