Position Details

Job category: Rooms & Guest Services Operations.

Location: Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Schedule: Full time.

The position is non-management and not remote.

Position Summary

Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the full hotel stay.

Take initiative to provide guest services, process operational needs, address requests, complete reports, and share local-area highlights.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and communicate professionally.
  • Remain mobile and perform hands-on duties, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
