Position Purpose
Serve the needs of the business, guests, and colleagues by helping ensure a positive and memorable St. Regis experience.
Represent the hotel as a friendly, outgoing, informative, diplomatic, and highly polite lobby host for guests from around the world.
Location and Schedule
- The position is located at Nation Tower, Corniche, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- The schedule is full time, and the role is not remote.
- The position is a non-management role in the hotel lobby and main entrance areas.
Guest Service
- Provide personal service to guests while following hotel standards and procedures.
- Offer warm welcomes, welcome towels, welcome drinks, personal greetings, and farewells.
- Escort guests personally, recognize them by name where possible, and escort VIP guests to their rooms.
- Protect guest privacy and the confidentiality of guest information.
Lobby Operations
- Maintain an active presence in the lobby and at the main door to greet and assist incoming guests.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, food and beverage outlets, banquet events, and promotions.
- Obtain guest feedback to improve services and facilities.
- Call a manager for advice in serious cases or when approval is required.

- Maintain a neat, tidy, and professional appearance at all times.
- Maintain uncompromising cleanliness and workplace maintenance through personal responsibility.
- Deliver service with politeness, efficiency, friendliness, and genuine interest in meeting and serving guests.
